The Opportunity

In July of 2018, MK Construction had two new multi-home projects in the works and wanted to get the word out about these properties as soon as possible in hopes to have buyers lined up upon completion in early 2019.

The difficulty in this case was that our client only had a few hundred dollars to spend each month.

It was up to us to determine the best platform to generate the highest possible ROI with a very limited budget in an extremely expensive industry.

The Strategy

MK Construction designs beautiful renderings and takes stunning photos of all of their projects so we decided to use this to our advantage and advertise on Facebook.

In addition to the visual aspect of Facebook, cost per click is typically low and the detailed targeting features allowed us to build a niche “in-market” audience and eliminate those who are not serious buyers.

We created property-specific landing pages that were optimized for conversions – encouraging visitors to take action by calling or filling out a form to set up a tour of the property.

After the first 30 days, our campaign had already 17 leads and as it continued to run, these numbers only increased.
